With a new window guidance and ticketing system introduced in the advertising business in August 2023, Aoba Ward Family Registry Division will launch a “advance web reservation” service that allows users to reserve the date and time of transfer procedures using smartphones and personal computers.
If you come to the agency according to the reservation date and time, the waiting time for the inhabitants of the ward to start the procedure will be shortened.
The "Preliminary Web Reservation" service starts at 10:00 on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, and allows you to reserve the date and time of the procedure from Thursday, August 10, 2023 to two weeks ahead.
