In August 2023, Aoba Ward Family Registry Division will launch an "advance web reservation" service, which allows users to reserve the date and time of transfer procedures using a smartphone or personal computer.
By having you come to the agency according to the reservation date and time, the waiting time for the inhabitants of the ward until the procedure starts will be shortened.
The "advance web reservation" service starts at 10:00 on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, and allows you to reserve the procedure date and time up to two weeks ahead from Thursday, August 10, 2023.
