Please bring the document directly to the department in charge of the content of your opinion, etc., or send it by mail.
If you do not know the department in charge, if your opinion is related to a specific ward (place), bring it to the ward office Ward Administration Promotion Division, or if it spans multiple wards (places), bring it directly to the Citizen's Bureau Public Affairs Consultation Section Or send it by mail.
In addition, there is no prescribed style in the document, but please note the following points.
- A document stating "The Mayor of Yokohama"

- The content of opinions, etc. must be clearly specified.
