Please bring the document directly to the department in charge of the content of your comments, etc., or send it by mail.
If you do not know the department in charge, if your opinion is related to a specific ward (place), bring it directly to the ward office Ward Administration Promotion Division of that ward, or if it spans multiple wards (places), bring it directly to the Citizen's Bureau Public Affairs and Consultation Section. Or send it by mail.
The document does not have a prescribed format, but please note the following points.
- DocumentsThe Mayor of Yokohama
- The name of the organization, the title and name of the representative, and contact information such as the location (Address).
- The content of opinions, etc. must be clearly specified.
