Recruitment of Yokohama e Questionnaire Members

　In the "Yokohama e Questionnaire", members who have registered in advance respond to questionnaires on municipal administration via the Internet, and the results are used for planning, measurement of effects, and improvement of business in Yokohama City.
　Registered members will receive benefits such as the distribution of e-mail magazines that contain information on measures and event information of Yokohama City, and discounts on admission fees at target facilities.

What are the members of the Yokohama e Questionnaire?

Activities	Answers to questionnaire on municipal administration (about twice a month) ※Answers to the questionnaire will be available after April 1, 2024.

Member registration period	1 year starting from April 1, 2024 (In principle, registration after the next fiscal year will be updated automatically. However, if you have not responded in the last two years, your registration will be deleted. )
Benefits, etc.	By presenting the member registration card, admission fee will be discounted at the target facility. You can see the member benefits and registration card for 2024 from the following. 　　　　「Member Benefits and Registration Cards」 We deliver e-mail magazine which published municipal administration information about measure or business of Yokohama-shi. (2 to 4 times a month) There is no reward.

To register as a member of the Yokohama e-questionnaire member

Targets, etc.
Target person	Those who live, work, or attend school in Yokohama, who are 15 years old or older (as of April 1, 2024) and who can use the Internet and e-mail (* excluding Yokohama City staff).
Application period	We are not currently recruiting new members.
Precautions	The cost of answering the questionnaire, such as the cost of Internet connection, will be borne by the member himself. The personal information you provide will be properly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than conducting the Yokohama e-Survey. As a general rule, all applicants will be registered as members. Duplicate registration by the same person is not allowed.
