What is the Yokohama e Questionnaire?

　In the "Yokohama e Questionnaire", members who have registered in advance will respond to questionnaires on municipal administration on the Internet, and use the results to plan business in Yokohama, measure the effects, and improve them.
　For registered members, there are benefits such as distribution of e-mail magazines containing information on measures and events in Yokohama City, and discounts on admission fees at target facilities.

What are the members of the Yokohama e Questionnaire?

Member registration period	For one year from April 1, 2025 (In principle, registration for the next fiscal year and beyond will be updated automatically. However, those who have not responded in the last two years will be deleted from the registration. )

To register as a member of the Yokohama e Questionnaire

Target persons, etc.
Target person	Those who live, work, or attend school in Yokohama City at least 15 years old (as of April 1, 2025) and who can use the Internet and e-mail (* excluding Yokohama City staff).
Application period	From Monday, February 3, 2025 to Tuesday, March 11

If you cannot use the application form, please fill out the following items by e-mail and send it to the "Application / Contact Information" below.　　　　① Either "resident in the city", "working", or "school attendance" 　　　② Residential area or ward where you commute to school 　　　③ Name (furigana) 　　　④ Ages as of April 1, 2025 　　　⑤ E-mail address
Notes	The cost of answering the questionnaire, such as the cost of Internet connection, will be borne by the member himself. The personal information provided will be properly managed and will not be used for any purpose other than the implementation of the Yokohama e-questionnaire. In principle, all applicants will be registered as members. Duplicate registration by the same person is not possible.
