　When the mayors take measures based on audit results, etc., it is supposed to notify the Audit Committee of the contents of the measures. With regard to audits by a comprehensive external auditor (hereinafter referred to as “comprehensive external audit”), if measures are taken based on the results of the audit or based on the results of the audit, the Audit Committee shall be notified to that effect.
