If you are dissatisfied with the disclosure decision, etc., you can request a review within three months.

If you are dissatisfied with the disclosure decision made by the executing agency of Yokohama City regarding a request for disclosure of administrative documents or a request for disclosure of retained personal information, etc., make a request for examination to the executing agency based on the Administrative Appeals Law. can do.

The request for examination shall be made within three months from the day following the date on which the disclosure decision was made, etc. (= the date on which the notification of the decision on the request for disclosure, etc. was sent), within three months. To do.

The executing agency that has received the request for examination consults with the Yokohama City Information Disclosure and Personal Information Protection Examination Committee, receives a report from the examination committee, makes a decision on the request for examination. However, if the executing agency determines that all disclosures (. Corrections / suspension of use) can be made, or if the request for examination is illegal in the first place, the ruling will be made without consultation.

1 Submission of examination request-examination-examination by the executing agency

The executing agency that receives the request for examination first examines the form of the examination request.

2 Consultation-Investigation and Deliberation of the Examination Committee-Report

The executing agency that made the inquiry will notify the requester of the examination that the consultation has been made, along with the statement of the executing agency, and will request the submission of a counter-argument.

In addition to submitting a counter-argument to the executing agency, the requester may submit a claim to the Examining Committee, and may also submit an oral statement to the Examining Committee. An oral statement will be made when requested by the requester. However, it will not be conducted when the examination committee finds that it is not necessary. All deliberations of the examination committee, including statements, will be conducted privately.

The Examining Committee will actually assess the document to be claimed, conducts necessary investigations and deliberations, and then reports to the executing agency whether the original disposal is appropriate. A copy of the report will be sent to the applicant for review as a reference.

3 Decision by the executing agency that received the report

The Executing Agency will respect the report and make a decision, and send a copy of the decision to the requester.
