If you are dissatisfied with the disclosure decision, you can request a review within three months.
If you are dissatisfied with the disclosure decision made by the executing agency of Yokohama City regarding a request for disclosure of administrative documents or a request for disclosure of retained personal information, submit a request for examination to the executing agency based on the Administrative Appeals Law. can do.
The request for examination shall be made within three months from the day following the day when the disclosure decision was made (= the date on which the decision letter for the disclosure request, etc. was sent). To the institution.
The executing agency that has received the request for examination consults with the Yokohama City Information Disclosure / Personal Information Protection Examination Committee, receives a report from the examination committee, and makes a decision on the request for examination. However, if the executing agency determines that all disclosure (correction / suspension of use) can be made, or if the request for examination is illegal in the first place, the decision will be made without consultation.

Based on the Administrative Case Litigation Law, a lawsuit may be filed with the Yokohama District Court within six months from the date on which a disclosure decision has been made.

1 Submission of a request for examination-Examination by the executing agency
The executing agency that has received the request for examination will first examine the form of the examination request.
Regarding a request for examination in a legal format, the executing agency will examine the contents of the requester's claim and, when it is determined that all disclosure can be made, make a decision to approve the request for examination.
Even if you consider the claim of the requester for examination, if you think that non-disclosure or partial disclosure should be maintained, the executing agency consults the Yokohama City Information Disclosure / Personal Information Protection Examination Committee and receives a report. You will make a decision after that.

2 Consultation-Investigation and deliberation of the examination committee-Report
The executing agency that consulted will notify the requester of the examination, along with the statement of the executing agency, that the consultation has been made, and request the submission of a counter-argument.
In addition to being able to submit a counter-argument to the executing agency, the requester may submit a claim to the Board, and at the same time, submit an oral statement to the Board. An oral statement will be made when requested by the applicant for examination. However, it will not be implemented if the examination committee deems it unnecessary. In addition, all deliberations of the examination committee, including statements, will be conducted privately.
The Examining Committee will actually identify the documents to be claimed, conduct necessary investigations and deliberations, and then report to the executing agency whether the original disposal is appropriate. A copy of the report will also be sent to the requester for reference.
3 Decision by the executing agency that received the report
The Executing Agency respects the report and makes a decision, and sends a copy of the decision to the requester for examination.

- Date when we learned that there was a disposition pertaining to the request for examination
- Purpose and reason for the request for examination
- Whether or not there is teaching by the executing agency and its contents
