Outline of the examination committee

Yokohama-shi information disclosure, personal information protection examination committee is affiliated organization of the mayor established based on rule of the regulations (outside site) Article 22 about disclosure of information held by Yokohama-shi.

The function is to the executing agency (mayor, chairman, public enterprise manager, fire chief, board of education, election administration committee, personnel committee, audit committee, agriculture committee and fixed assets evaluation committee, city specified by rules Investigate and discuss in response to consultations on requests for disclosure decisions pertaining to information disclosure and requests for disclosure of retained personal information, and consultations on matters related to information disclosure. Report to the executing agency (Article 22) Article 22).

In addition, we will discuss important matters related to information disclosure and give opinions to the executing agency (Article 22, Paragraph 2).

Five subcommittees (as of October 2021) have been established, consisting of the first to fourth subcommittees and the System Operation Investigation Committee (Article 23).
