Those who are eligible for proposal in this proposal shall meet all of the following conditions.
　1． Meet all of the following conditions in the 5.6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participation Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.). However, although the proposer has not yet been listed in the list of qualified general competitive bidding qualifications listed above, at the time of submitting the application form for participation, the application is currently being applied in the event and details specified to respond to the contract. This does not apply if the registration has been completed by the date on which the candidate is identified.

　２． Have a track record of formulating a business plan for decarbonization in town development of the national or local government or receiving an order as a prime contractor for support work such as model formation.

２．Others　
　Applicants who have been notified that they have not been eligible for the proposal may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, the document must be submitted to the participation intention application form submission destination by 5:00 pm, five days after the city hall closing date, from the day following the day on which the city sent the notice.
　Motoichi will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
