（３） Have a track record of contracting support work for formulating plans related to the construction of waste treatment facilities and basic survey work related to formulation
（４） Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension according to the provisions of the Measures Summary (April 1, 2021) such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension, from the deadline for submission of the proposal participation application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.

Confirm that the applicant who submitted the application form satisfies the qualifications of the proposer, and notify all applicants who intend to participate will be notified of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification. At the same time, a proposal-related document proposal request will be issued to all members who have confirmed that they meet the proposal qualifications.
