Anyone who intends to participate in the tender must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for bid participation.

(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(2) Registration must be approved in the Reiwa 5/6 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to articles, consignment, etc.). (It does not matter whether or not there is a registration of resource recycling consignment event.)

(3) A person who has such work or a similar business experience.
※A person who satisfies any of the following 1 or 2 shall be "a person who has the same type of business record."
①　A person who has a track record of fulfilling the recycling of five items of recycle paper (magazines, newspapers, cardboard, shredder paper, mixed paper) discharged from multiple locations exclusively for recycling.
②　A person who has a license to collect and transport municipal or industrial waste, and simultaneously collect and transport five recycle paper items (magazines, newspapers, cardboard, shredder paper, mixed paper) discharged from business sites exclusively for recycling.

(4) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between January 25, 2024 and the date of opening the bill.

※(2)Person who does not meet condition of, please apply for bid participation qualification pertaining to specific procurement contract from qualification examination application system in Yokohama-shi homepage "Yokohama, bid door". Please submit the required documents listed in the "Application Acceptance Details" displayed after sending the application data in PDF format from within the system. Also, be sure to contact Yokohama City Finance Bureau Contract Section 2 (045 (671) 2186) before the application procedure and after uploading required documents.
In addition, we may request additional submission of documents for examination and confirmation of bid participation qualification.
