　A single company (organization) that satisfies all of the following items, or all of its members shall satisfy all of the following items. In the case of a consortium, we will submit a "consortium agreement and power of attorney" (competitive bidding handling guidelines twelfth style about Yokohama-shi article, consignment) at the time of application, and propose sharing duties of members It will be clarified in the book.

　・Registered in the event "350 Other Outsourcing, etc." and registered "Z Other Contracts" as details of the event.
（２） Enlightenment of SDGs and decarbonization held by government agencies, public institutions such as local governments, private companies, and local organizations such as shopping streets within the past five years
　　Have a track record of outsourcing related events or youth development-related events in which about 100 children participate.
（３） According to the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination (April 1, 2004)" from the deadline for submission of the application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
　　Not subject to suspension measures.
（４） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
