Those who intend to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and have a bid participation qualification.

2. A person who has been registered in "Details A: Software Development / Renovation" of "Computer Business (316)" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6. thing. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above list is being applied for the above list at the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
