Regarding the outsourcing of the renovation design business of Chuo-toshokan, we decided on a contract candidate using a simple proposal method.

The person who has the proposal qualification shall be a single company and shall satisfy all of the following items.
(However, 2 design work results shall be the results of the company or the management engineer.)

1 Registration of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
As of March 20, 2024 (Wednesday), those who can confirm the registration in the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Design, Surveying, etc.)" (hereinafter referred to as "List"), and their contents must meet all of the following conditions:
（１） "Size category" must be registered as "Small and Medium Enterprises" or "Large Enterprises".
（２） "Business type" includes "901: architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered in the second place or higher.
（３） "Details" must be registered including "G: Design of Renovation and Repair Work".

2 Performance of design work
Have a track record of designing buildings that meet the following requirements, and be able to submit documents that can confirm the performance of design work. (For (1), (2) and (3), if the same conditions are met, one building or another building is acceptable.)
（１） New construction, extension (excluding floor area of existing parts) or renovation of a building with a total area of 1,000 square meters or more in one building, which was completed between January 30, 2014 and January 30, 2024. Results of work.
（２） Results of new construction, extension or renovation work (including interior work) of libraries, kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary school studenｔ amusement facilities, etc., constructed between January 30, 2014 and January 30, 2024. (Library shall be "library" as defined in the Library Act.)
（３） Results of new construction, extension or renovation work (including interior work) of public buildings ordered by the national or local governments, which were completed between January 30, 2014 and January 30, 2024. (No matter the size.)

3 Engineer placement
To assign a management engineer who meets all of the following conditions:
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the performance period of this work.
（２） Be a member of the proposer's organization.

4 Others
（１） During the period from the deadline for submitting the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate, etc., no suspension measures have been received under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures for Suspension of Yokohama City Nomination".
（２） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (Government Ordinance No. 16 of 1947).
（３） Not be an adult ward, an assistant, an assistant or a minor.
（４） In accordance with the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004), no petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been filed and no decision has been made to commence.
（５） Have not been subject to suspension of bank transactions.
（６） A petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 172 of 1952) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) has not been filed. (Excluding those who have decided to start the procedure for rehabilitation or rehabilitation and who have been recognized by Yokohama City as having no risk of being unable to fulfill.)
