1 Registration of the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
A person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and the contents must meet all of the following conditions.
（１） "Location classification" must be registered in "city".
（２） "Size category" must be registered as "Small and Medium Enterprises".
（３） "Business type" includes "901: architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered in the first place.
（４） "Details" must be registered including "A: Design of Government Buildings, Schools, Hospitals, etc."

2 Performance of design work
Have a track record of designing buildings that meet the following requirements, and be able to submit documents that can confirm the performance of design work. ((1) and (2) are also acceptable in different buildings.)
（１） New construction or extension work of a building with a total area of 2,000 square meters or more (excluding the floor area of existing parts) in one building, which was completed between August 29, 2003 and August 28, 2023 Design results.
（２） Design results of new construction or extension work of public buildings ordered by the national or local governments, which were completed between August 29, 2003 and August 28, 2023. (No matter the size.)

3 Engineer placement
　A management engineer must be assigned to meet all of the following conditions:
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the performance period of this work
（２） Belonging to the proposer's organization

4 Others
（１） Have not applied for the Minami Elementary School Rebuilding Design Business Outsourcing Proposal or Daimon Elementary School Rebuilding Design Business Outsourcing Proposal.
