(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.) in Reiwa 5/6, and registered the event "various survey plans" (the location of the establishment, registration order are regardless of the location of the establishment, registration order) . Or, at the time of submitting the application form for participation in this proposal, the registration is being applied in the same list, and registration will be completed by the date of determining the trustee.
(3)Must not receive nomination suspension based on measures summary such as Yokohama-shi nomination suspension during period from presentation deadline of participation intention application form and proposal to specific day of trustee.
(4)In any of the national government, prefectures, government-designated cities, special wards, independent administrative agencies, local independent administrative agencies, and private companies with more than 300 employees, similar to the five business contents (2) to (4) in the business explanatory materials Must have a track record and completed the work at the time of submission of the application form for participation.
