About bid

（２） As for the bidding method, the bid participant posts the "bid book" directly at the time of bidding. If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, the second bid will be made on the spot, so please prepare two bid documents.
（３） According to the provisions of Article 167-2, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance, when there is no successful bidder in the second bid, negotiate with the supplier who presented the lowest price, and if an agreement is reached within the planned price We will make a free contract.
