Those who can propose to this proposal have a track record of media approaches to local government policies in the past, and also meet the conditions described in “4 Participation Conditions” of the “Proposal Creation Guidelines” published in the “Related Documents”. Shall meet all.

We will conduct a hearing on the contents of the proposal as follows.

1. Notification of proposal qualification confirmation result
   We will notify all businesses that have submitted the “Application Form for Participation (No. 1 Style)” in writing of the “Proposal Qualification Confirmation Result Notice (No. 2 Style)” in writing. Those who meet the proposal qualifications will be notified in writing together with the “Proposal Documents Submission Request Form (No. 6 Style)”. In addition, we provide materials related to the planning proposal theme of Motoichi by e-mail.

2. Request for submission
   Those who have been granted the proposal qualification should make it in the prescribed format based on [Attachment 1] "Submission of Proposal".
