Sounding-type market research

　Yokohama City is considering land use in the former Tomioka Warehouse Area (Nozumiba).
This time, we will conduct a sounding-type market survey on the contents of utilization and business methods from businesses. For full-scale utilization, we will ask for a wide range of ideas regardless of special requirements, such as not only full utilization of the target area but also partial utilization and participation in planning, and use them as a reference for future utilization studies.

Dialogue

Outline of "Dialogue" Implementation (please refer to the implementation guidelines for details)
Participants:	Businesses interested in the utilization of the former Tomioka Warehouse Area (Nozumiba)
Dialogue Business	Please propose about land use business (utilization idea, business method, etc.) of "former Tomioka Warehouse Area (Nozumiba)". In addition, depending on the situation, please propose a utilization project such as integrated use, including the adjacent land "national government dormitory". ※For details, please refer to the application guidelines.
Method of dialogue	Direct or online dialogue (scheduled for about one hour per business operator) ・In principle, the staff of cooperating companies requested by the city will also be present in the dialogue. ・In order to protect ideas and know-how, dialogue will be conducted individually.

A local tour will be held before the dialogue is held. If you would like to participate, please apply as follows.
※Participation in the field tour is optional. Even if you do not participate in the tour, you can apply for a "dialogue".
※Apart from the on-site tour, you may visit the site.
