Sounding-type market research

　Yokohama City is considering land use in the former Tomioka Warehouse Area (Nozumiba).
This time, we will conduct a sounding-type market survey on the contents of utilization and business methods from businesses. For full-scale utilization, we will ask a wide range of ideas regardless of special requirements, such as being interested in partial utilization and participation in planning projects, and will be used as a reference for future utilization studies.

Dialogue

Outline of the Dialogue (For details, please refer to the guidelines.)
Eligible participants	Businesses interested in the utilization of the former Tomioka Warehouse Area (Nozumiba)
Dialogue Business	Please propose the land use business (utilization ideas, business methods, etc.) in the "Old Tomioka Warehouse Area (Nozumiba)". In addition, depending on the situation, please propose a utilization project such as integrated use, including the adjacent land "National Public Service Dormitory". ※For more information, please refer to the following website.
Dialogue method	Direct or online dialogue (approximately one hour per business operator) ・In principle, the staff of a cooperating company requested by the city will also be present at the dialogue. ・Dialogues will be conducted individually to protect ideas and know-how.

A field tour will be held prior to the dialogue. If you would like to participate, please apply as follows.
※Participation in the field tour is optional. Even if you do not participate in the tour, you can still apply for "dialogue".
