(1) In "Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, consignment)", location classification must be "city" or location division and scale must be registered in "quasi-city, medium and small-sized business".
(2) In the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment, etc.)", the event "Worker Dispatch" and detailed "Z (Other)" must be registered in the first place.
(3) Allocating human resources who have a license based on the Public Health Nurse Midwifery and Nurse Act (Act No. 203 of 1948).
(4) Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(5) On any day between the deadline for submitting the bid participation intention application form to the date of determining the successful bidder, measures for suspension of general competition participation and nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Stop Being a person who does not.
