(1)In "Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (related to article, consignment)", location classification must be listed in "city" or "quasi-city".
(2)In the "Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment, etc.)", the event "Worker Dispatch" must be listed in the first place, and there must be registration of detailed "Z (Other)".
(3)Being a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and be a person who has the qualifications stipulated in the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(4)On any day between the deadline for submitting the bid participation intention application form to the date of determining the successful bidder, measures for suspension of general competition participation and nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City General Competition Suspension and Nomination Stop Being a person who does not.
(5)The worker dispatching business license is valid during the performance period.
(6)In this contract, personnel who have a license based on the Public Health Nurse Midwifery and Nurse Act (Act No. 203 of 1948) shall be assigned.
