Those who are eligible to participate in this proposal shall be those who meet all of the conditions described in "3 Participation Conditions" of the proposal preparation procedure for the proposal of "Consignment of Employer Support Business at the International Horticultural Exposition Venue" . For more information, please refer to the following link.

Date of implementation: One day in mid-June 2021
Location: Details such as location, date and time, will be notified separately.
Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including management technicians.

※ The management technician and the technician in charge shall belong to the participating companies. In addition, management
The Company does not concurrently serve as an engineer or a technician in charge.
※ The management technician is certified by the Japan Construction Management Association.
The applicant must be qualified as a CCMJ manager (CCMJ).

　・Please check your arrival if you do not bring your own.
　・If you bring or mail it, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.
４. Answer Date and Method
We will respond by e-mail by Wednesday, June 2, 2021.

・We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intend to participate in this proposal, and notify the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) by e-mail regardless of eligibility. In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send proposal-related documents presentation request (style 4) together.
・Notification of confirmation of proposal qualification will be made by Friday, May 21, 2021.
・The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. The documents must be submitted to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Division by 5:00 p.m. 5 days after Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, starting from the day following the day when the Yokohama City sent the notice.
・When an explanation is requested in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Yokohama City will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within five days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, starting from the day following the day on which the document was received.
