Those who are eligible to participate in this proposal shall be those who meet all of the conditions described in "3 Participation Conditions" in the proposal preparation procedure for the proposal of "Consignment of outline examination at the International Horticultural Exposition Venue" . For more information, please refer to the following link.

・Date of implementation: Day of early June 2021 (planned)
・Location: Details such as the location and time zone will be announced separately.
・Attendees: There must be no more than 3 persons, including management technicians.

※Regarding the business implementation system in 3, please attach a document certifying the possession of qualifications such as a technician registration certificate.

※[Added on April 15] In the case of a consortium, please indicate all members for the location, trade name or name and representative name of Forms 1 and 2.

　・Please check your arrival if you do not bring your own.
　・If you bring or mail it, be sure to specify the e-mail address for sending the answer in the questionnaire.
４. Answer Date and Method
　We will respond by e-mail by Monday, May 17, 2021.

・We will confirm the proposal qualifications of the applicant who intend to participate in this proposal, and notify the participation qualification confirmation result notice (Form 3) by e-mail regardless of eligibility. In addition, when we can confirm that we have proposal qualification, we send proposal-related documents presentation request (style 4) together.
・Notification of confirmation of proposal qualification will be made by Tuesday, April 27, 2021.
・The applicant who has been notified that the proposal qualification has not been confirmed can request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal qualification was not confirmed. The documents must be submitted to the City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau International Horticultural Exposition Promotion Division by 5:00 p.m. 5 days after Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, starting from the day following the day when the Yokohama City sent the notice.
・When an explanation is requested in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Yokohama City will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within five days excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays, starting from the day following the day on which the document was received.
