At the time of submission of the application form, all of the following two points must be satisfied.
（１） Over the past five years, at least one project has been commissioned by the government, government agencies, international organizations, local governments, private companies, etc. to operate online or hybrid meetings with at least 300 participants.
（２） In the past five years, at least five cases have been entrusted with the operation of international conferences, whether on-site or online, from the national government, government agencies, international organizations, local governments, private companies, etc. The term "international conference" here refers to more than 50 participants as defined by JNTO (Japan Tourism Bureau) and more than 3 countries, including several days of participating countries.

2 Other Conditions
（１） Being listed in "Reiwa 3.4 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles / Consignment)".
（２） Being a person who has not received nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding participation intention application form to the bidding date.
（３） Allow participation in consortiums made up of companies listed on the list of qualified persons. Provided, however, that the number of members shall be two or three. When proposing as a consortium, one of the members must have the track record. In the case of a consortium, if the number of members is two, the investment ratio of each member must be at least 30% of the total investment amount of the consortium. In the case of three parties, it must be at least 20%.
