1 Results, etc.
At the time of submission of the application for participation, all of the following two points must be satisfied.
（１） Over the past five years, the government, government agencies, international organizations, local governments, private companies, etc. to operate online or hybrid meetings with 300 or more participants.
（２） Over the past five years, five or more projects have been commissioned by the government, government agencies, international organizations, local governments, private companies, etc. to operate international conferences, whether on-site or online. The term "international conference" refers to those of 50 or more participants as defined by JNTO (Japan National Tourism Authority of Japan) or more and three or more countries including several days of participating countries.

2 Other conditions
（１） Being listed in "Reiwa 3/4 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Article, Consignment)".
（２） Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day between the submission deadline of the open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding participation intention proposal form to the bidding date.
（３） Participation in a consortium composed of companies listed on the list of qualified persons. Provided, however, that the number of members shall be two or three. When proposing as a consortium, one of the members must have a track record. In the case of a consortium, if the number of members is two, the investment ratio of each member must be 30% or more of the total investment of the consortium. In the case of three persons, the number must be 20% or more.
