The person who can propose to this proposal is a single company (organization) that satisfies all the requirements of the following items, or a consortium that all its members satisfy all the requirements of the following items. Shall do. • Recruited in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List (articles, consignment, etc.), registered the business type "320 various survey plans" in the second place or higher, and as a detailed business type "A Market / Public Opinion Survey" and "B Consulting (excluding construction consultants, etc.)"
• Within the past five years, the government, government agencies, local governments, private companies, etc. to conduct surveys on overseas smart city projects, strategy and policy planning related to overseas infrastructure exports, and project feasibility study (F/S), etc. Have a track record of preparing in-house research reports in similar fields.
• Have not received any suspension measures under the provisions of the "Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines (April 1, 2004)" from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
• Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).

Applicants who have been notified that their proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, please submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 17:00 five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice.
When explanation is requested by the preceding paragraph, Motoichi will respond in writing to person who requested explanation within five days except city hall closing day from day after receipt of the above document.
