Those who can plan and propose for this proposal are those who have advanced specialized knowledge, skills and experience in the field of tourism and MICE, who can provide the necessary assistance to achieve the purpose of this work, And those who meet all of the following requirements:
1 Must be listed in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List of 2020.
2 Those who have a high level of expertise in both tourism and MICE, and have a track record of contracting assistance for both tourism and MICE (including research work for formulation) from the national, local governments, or equivalent organizations between FY2015 and FY2019.

(1)Date and time: It is scheduled to be between 9:00 and 17:00 from Wednesday, March 10, Reiwa 3 to Friday, March 12.
(2)Location: Meeting room in the City Hall (10, 6-50, Honmachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama)
※Depending on the situation of the spread of the new coronavirus infection, interviews may be conducted through web conferences.

1 Application Form for Participation
Companies wishing to participate in the proposal should submit one copy of the following documents.
・Application Form for Participation (Form 1)
・Documents (documents that show the name of the commissioned business, contractor, contract amount, contract period, and business details) that can confirm the results of the commissioned business (including the commissioned business name, contractor, contract amount, contract period, and business details)

2 Proposals
Please submit the following documents for those who have submitted the application form for participation and who have been qualified for the proposal.
・Proposals created based on (Form 3): 7 copies (1 original copy, 6 copies)
・Reference quotation (Form 4) and breakdown ... 1 copy
・Application form for disclosure of proposal (Form 5): 1 copy
