(1) Those who ranked first in the business category and who have registered "A Roads / Bridge Design" in detail.
(2) Those who ranked second in the business category and who have registered "A Construction Consultant / City Planning / Town Development" in detail.
(3) Those who have registered "Geological Survey" in the business category and who have registered "A ground bowling, etc." in the details

When forming a consortium by multiple corporations and individuals, (1) and (2) require that the representative must meet the conditions, and (3) is the constituents. It is a requirement that at least one person satisfies the conditions.
