Person who is registered in Reiwa original, 2nd year Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (design, surveying, etc.) and meets all of the following conditions.
(1)A person who has registered the business type "Business of Construction Consultant, etc." and who has registered the detailed "A Construction Consultant / City Planning / Town Development".
(2)Among those who have registered in the above events, those who have registered "Construction Consultant Registration" for business license and approval.
(3) (2)Among them, the management technician must be qualified as a technician “construction department (city and regional planning)”. At least one of the planned engineers must be qualified as a technician "Construction Department (Urban and Regional Planning)".

For details, please refer to “3 Procedures for Participation” in the proposal preparation guidelines (hereinafter referred to as “Proposal Creation Guidelines”) pertaining to the “2020 Former Kami-Seya Communication Facility District Land Readjustment Project Replacement Design, etc.” .

(3) Attendees

　　There must be no more than 3 persons including management technicians (qualified persons).

(4) Others

　　・Details such as time will be announced separately.
　　・The materials at the time of the hearing will use the proposal, and no change in the materials will be accepted.
　　・If it is determined that it is not appropriate to conduct a hearing due to social conditions, etc., we will not conduct a hearing and will evaluate it based on a proposal.

・We will mail a “Notification of Participation Eligibility Confirmation Results (Guideline 1)” to all persons who have submitted the application form for participation (Form 1), regardless of whether or not they qualify for participation. In addition, if it is confirmed that you are eligible to participate, we will send you a proposal-related document submission request form (Guideline 2).
・When submitting a proposal, be sure to check the “Proposal Creation Guidelines 6 Contents of Proposals, 8 Submission of Proposals”, etc., and prepare the submitted documents.
