Person registered in Reiwa original, 2nd year Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding qualified person list (design, surveying) and the contents meet the following conditions. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if registration has been made by the time of submission of the application form for participation, and registration has been completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.

1. Reiwa Moto, 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Participant List, and registration of construction consultant (regardless of location of establishment) is permitted for construction consultant
2. Business Category: “Construction Consultants, etc.” are registered as No. 1 and Details: Registered "Construction Consultant / Urban Planning / Town Development"
3. The management technician must be qualified as a first-class architect or engineer (construction section: city and regional planning).
4. Having similar and similar business results in the past 10 years (development and survey of city planning area master plan, municipal master plan, etc.)

3. Attendees: There must be no more than three persons, including the person in charge of general affairs.

• Anyone who has been notified that the proposal has not been granted may ask for a written explanation of the reason. In addition, please submit document to City of Yokohama, Urban Development Bureau Planning Division by 5:00 pm five days after excluding city hall closing day from day after Yokohama-shi sent notice. Yokohama City will respond in writing to those who have requested explanations within 5 days excluding the City Hall closing date, starting from the day following the date of receipt of the above document.
• When submitting a proposal, be sure to check the “Proposal Creation Guidelines 6 Contents of Proposals, etc., 8 Submission of Proposals”, etc., and prepare the submitted documents.
