（１） A total area of 2,000 square meters or more (total floor area of construction) constructed between May 8, 2000 and May 7, 2020 (total floor area). Excludes the floor area of the existing part. ) Is new construction or extension of a building of a "condominium".

3 Engineer placement

4 Others
