A person who has the proposal qualification shall be a single company and shall meet all of the following items.

1. Registration of Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List
A person registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (design, surveying, etc.) at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and the contents must meet all of the following conditions.
（１） "Business type" includes "901: Architectural design (including supervision)" and must be registered in first place.
（２） "Specific" must be registered including "A: Design of Government buildings, schools, hospitals, etc."

2 Design work results
Having a track record of performing building design work that satisfies the following conditions (1) or (2), and submitting documents that can confirm the design work results can be submitted.
（１） New construction of crematoriums with a total area of 7,000 m2 or more, a crematorium under the provisions of Article 2, Paragraph 7 of the Act on Burials, etc., constructed between May 8, 2000 and May 7, 2020 Or extension work (excluding existing floor area).
（２） ①Satisfies the conditions of 2 and 2.

3 Engineer placement
（１） A person who has at least 5 years of experience after obtaining a first-class architect license during the fulfillment period of this work.
（２） Being a member of the proposer.

4 Others
（１） During the period from the deadline for submission of the participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidates, etc., have not received suspension measures under the provisions of the "Summary of Measures such as Yokohama City Nomination Suspension".
（２） Do not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16)
（３） Not be an adult ward, assisted person, assisted person or a minor.
（４） Based on the Bankruptcy Law (Act No. 75 of 2004), no petition for commencement of bankruptcy proceedings has been filed and no decision has been made to commence.
（５） Have not been suspended from bank transactions.
（６） No petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 172 of 1952) or a petition for rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) has not been filed (Excluding those who have been decided by Yokohama City as having no risk of falling into immorable).
