This contract shall be finalized by exchanging contracts after April 1, 2020, after each fiscal budget for Yokohama City has been passed by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2020.

Furthermore, since it is a long-term continuation contract based on Article 234-3 of the Local Autonomy Law (Act No. 67 of 1947), the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract will be reduced or deleted from the following fiscal year following the year to which the conclusion date of this agreement belongs. In addition, in the event that Motoichi cancels this contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract, the trustee was entrusted by Motoichi to pay after the next fiscal year. You cannot charge for fees. In addition, trustee cannot claim Motoichi about compensation of damage that occurred when Motoichi changed or deleted this contract due to reduction or deletion of expenditure budget pertaining to this contract.
