This contract shall be finalized by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2020 by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2020, and by exchanging contracts on or after April 1, 2020.

In addition, in the event that Motoichi cancels this contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract was reduced or deleted, the trustee may not be charged for. In addition, trustee cannot claim Motoichi about compensation of damage that occurred when Motoichi changed or deleted this contract because there was reduction or deletion of expenditure budget pertaining to this contract.
