This contract is subject to the requirement that each accounting budget for Yokohama City in fiscal 2020 will be approved by the Yokohama City Council by March 31, 2020.

In addition, when Motoichi cancels the contract due to the reduction or deletion of the expenditure budget of Yokohama City pertaining to this contract was reduced or deleted, the trustee shall pay the commission fee that the city planned to pay after the next fiscal year. In addition, trustee cannot claim Motoichi about compensation of damage that occurred when Motoichi changed or canceled this contract due to reduction or deletion of expenditure budget pertaining to this contract.
