We identified contracted candidates using the open call for proposal method and contracted as follows.

A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and be qualified as the submitter of the proposal.
（１） Participants shall be a single corporation (organization).
（２） Participants are those who have been registered in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Persons List (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Reiwamoto, 2nd year at the time of submission of the participation intention application form, and who meet all of the following conditions I do.
A. Business: Person who registers "management such as park green tract of land" in the first place, detailed: Person who registers "weeding, tree pruning" and "flower bed, pot management".
B. Rating ratings: “Management of parks and green spaces, etc.: A”

O. Planning Site Manager: Person who prescribes in maintenance work common specifications (January, 2020 version) such as park green tract of land. In this consignment, the person in charge of the site to be assigned is allowed to concurrently serve, and there is no obligation to reside.
（３） It is not possible for the same participant to make multiple proposals.
（４） The union and any member of the union may not participate in the same case. In addition, the union and another union, which is joined by any of the union members, do not participate in the same project.
（５） A person who can prepare any field of the proposer (limited to the Kanto region (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, Chiba, Gunma, Tochigi, Ibaraki), Yamanashi, and Shizuoka) and can continue to cultivate in that field until the end of March 2023.

Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been approved and those who have not been approved will be notified of the proposal qualification confirmation result notification by e-mail. If you are able to confirm that you have a proposal qualification, we will also send you a proposal-related document submission request form.
Notification date: It will be held by 5:00 pm on Monday, August 3, 2020 (Reiwa 2).
