A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and be qualified as the submitter of the proposal.
（１） Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and a person who has the qualifications specified by the rules of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
（２） Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), those who are allowed to register "computer business (316)" and "various survey plans (320)" in business type thing. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the application form is submitted for the above items and details, and the registration is completed by the date on which the contract candidate is identified.
（３） Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention application form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
（４） Within the past 10 years, you must have a track record of investigating and examining the rebuilding of a facility reservation system with more than 20 facilities.
