We identified acceptance candidates by the open call for proposal type proposal method and contracted as follows.

A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and that he / she is qualified as the submitter of the proposal.
（１） Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964 Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the rules of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
（２） Person who is authorized to register "computer business (316)" and "various survey planning (320)" in the business category in the Reiwa Moto / 2 Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Articles, consignment, etc.) thing. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above events and details are being submitted at the time of submitting the application form for participation, and registration is completed by the date on which the candidate for contract is identified.
（３） Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal form to the contract candidate specific date.
（４） Within the past 10 years, you must have a track record of conducting surveys and examinations on rebuilding a facility reservation system with a scale of 20 or more facilities.

If you bring your own, please hand it to the staff at Environmental Planning Bureau Parks and Green Space Management Division from 9:00 am to 12:00 am (noon) and from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on weekdays.
