②A person who has not received a nomination suspension measure based on the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day between the date of submission of the application form to the bidding date.
③Have a track record of external exposure dose measurement for radiation care workers, etc., as stipulated in Article 30-18, Paragraph 2 of the Medical Law Enforcement Regulations.
