Precautions

（2） In the tender form, enter the amount equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated contract price, regardless of whether it is a tax exemption company or a taxable trader under Article 9, Paragraph 1 of the Consumption Tax Law. In determining the successful bidder, the winning bid price shall be the sum of the amount stated in the bid book plus the amount equivalent to 10/100 of the amount stated in the bid book.
