(1) Person who is listed in Yokohama-shi general competitive bidding participation qualified person list. (2) Have a high level of expertise in the field of tourism and MICE, and between 2015 and 2019, conduct research work for formulating strategies related to tourism and MICE from the national, local governments, or equivalent organizations. Those who have a track record of contracting.
(3) Private companies, non-profit corporations based on the Act on Promotion of Specified Non-Profit Activities, and other corporations (excluding organizations whose main purpose is religious or political activities, organizations under the control of gangsters, etc.) ) And have the ability to properly carry out business outsourcing properly.
(4) Being a person who does not fall under the provisions of Article 167-4 of the Local Autonomy Law Enforcement Ordinance (1947 Cabinet Order No. 16).
(5) A person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Corporate Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 154 of 2002) or a person who has filed a petition for commencement of rehabilitation proceedings pursuant to the Civil Rehabilitation Act (Act No. 225 of 1999) (Excluding those who have received a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings under the Corporate Rehabilitation Act and a decision to commence rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act).

◆Notification of participation qualification confirmation result
Among those who have submitted the application form for participation, those who have been qualified for the proposal and those who have not been accepted will be notified in writing of that fact and the reason therefor.
（１） Notification date Scheduled to be shipped on Friday, June 19, 2020
（２） Applicants who have been notified that the proposal has not been granted may request a written explanation of the reason why the proposal was not accepted. In addition, we must submit document to participation intention application form presentation by 17:00 five days after excluding city hall closing agency day from the next day when Motoichi sent notice. Motoichi will respond in writing to those who requested explanations within 5 days excluding the city hall closing date, starting from the day following the day on which the above document was received.
