(1) Not be a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and shall be qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.

(3) Being a person who has been registered in "computers" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
(4) Being a small and medium-sized business in the city.
(5) A person who has a track record of manufacturing or delivering the goods or a person who can deliver the goods.
