(2) A person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day between the deadline for submitting the application form to the opening date of the bid.
(3) Being a person who has been registered in "medical machinery and equipment" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.).
(4) Being a city company or a quasi-city company.
(5) A person who has a track record of manufacturing or delivery of the goods, or a person who can deliver the goods.
