1 Nomination/Nomination Notification Date

2 Notification method
After receiving the “Application Form for Designated Competitive Bidding Participation Intention Application Form”, check the eligibility for bid participation, and then confirm the bid participation qualification.
We send "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" or "open call for participants type nomination competition non-bid nomination letter of advice" by e-mail.

1 Bid
（１） Please bring "open call for participants type nomination competitive bidding nomination letter of advice" on the day of bidding and present it to the staff.
（２） The bidding method is to post a "bid book" by the designated style directly at the time of bidding.
（３） If you do not make a successful bid in the first bid, the second bid will be conducted on the spot, so please prepare two bid documents.
（４） In the bid form, please indicate the amount equivalent to 100/100 of the estimated contract price (including consumption tax).
2 Decline of bids
　If you do not wish to bid, you can not participate. Please submit a "bidden decline notice".
3. Preparation of Contracts
（１） When the highest bidder is decided, we exchange contract that Motoichi establishes.
　The cost of creating the contract shall be borne by the winning bidder.
（２） This contract will be finalized when the contract clerk signs and seals with the other party of the contract.
（３） If a contract is concluded on a date until September 30, 2019, create a contract with the current consumption tax rate (8%).
　The payment of the contract price will be paid according to the tax rate (10%) after the revision of the consumption tax rate (10%) after the consumption tax rate revision without any special change procedure according to the provisions of the contract.
4 Bidding deposit, contract deposit
　All of them are exempt.
5 Others
　Other matters shall be based on the Yokohama City Contract Rules, Competitive Bidding Handling Guidelines for Yokohama City / Goods Consignment, etc., and the Yokohama City Goods / Consignment Competitive Bidding Participant Guidelines.
