A person who intends to submit a proposal must be confirmed to meet all of the following conditions and qualify for submission.
(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) In Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), there is registration of "computer business (316)" in the event, and registration of the detailed business "Z: Other" There is. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the above events and details are not registered at the time of submitting the application form for participation (Form 1), this shall not apply if the registration is completed by the date of identifying the contract candidate.
(3) Being a person who has not received measures for nomination suspension based on the Yokohama City Nomination Suspension Measures Guidelines on any day between the submission deadline of the proposal participation application form (Form 1) to the date of the contract candidate.
(4) Have a track record of receiving orders for sending and receiving storage request data and storage result data related to credit card tax payment, creating payment sites, or performing equivalent work.
(5) Acquired the Privacy Mark certified by the Japan Information Economy and Society Promotion Association.

We will issue a proposal-related document submission request form to those who have been approved for proposal qualification, along with a proposal qualification confirmation result notice. Please submit the proposal based on the guidelines for preparing the proposal.
