(1) Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2) Reiwa Moto, 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), "Specific B: System Operation / Monitoring" and "Electrical Equipment Maintenance (327)" Registration must be approved for "Small A: Indoor Electricity".
(3) Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination suspension on any day between the deadline for submitting the application for confirmation of the general competitive bidding participation qualification confirmation application submission date to the date of opening the bill.
