Anyone who intends to participate in this proposal must meet all of the following conditions at the time of submission of the application for participation.
(1)Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
(2)Being a person who has been registered in "Small A System Development, Maintenance, and Operation" of "Computer Business" in the Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (Related to Goods / Consignment) in the 2017/30.
(3)Being a person who has not received a nomination suspension based on the measures outline, such as Yokohama City nomination suspension, on any day from the submission deadline of the proposal participation intention proposal form to the specific date of the contract candidate.
(4)You must have the following certification qualifications.
A “Privacy Mark”
B. Information Security Management System (IS0/ICE27001)
C. IS09001:2008, IS09001:2015; IS09001:2015;
Any of (level 3 or higher)
(5)Have a track record of registering for "Application and Content Services" in the "LGWAN-ASP Service List" of the Local Government Information System Organization (J-LIS).
