In carrying out this work, the following conditions will be set as eligibility.
1.Being not a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the Yokohama City Contract Regulations (March 1964, Yokohama City Regulations No. 59) and being a person who has the qualifications stipulated by the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
2.In Reiwa Moto / 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (articles, consignment, etc.), among "small and medium-sized enterprises" whose location classification is "city", "various survey plans (detail C: building Deterioration survey) ".
3.Being a person who has not received the nomination suspension measures based on the measures outline such as Yokohama City nomination stoppage on any day between the bid participation intention application deadline and the bidding date.
4.A person who has a track record of the outer wall survey using the infrared device method.
