The terms and conditions are as follows.

②A person who has not been subject to suspension of general competition participation or suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Measures for Suspension of Nomination in City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters on any day between the date of submission of the public offering type nomination competitive bidding participation intention record and bidding date.
③Reiwa Moto, 2nd year Yokohama City General Competitive Bidding Qualified Person List (related to goods, consignment, etc.), the registration details of the business type "A: Printed material planning design" or business type "323: Advertisement" A person who has been registered in the "B: Newspapers, Magazine", and the registration order must be up to the third place.
④Have a track record of producing pamphlets for recruiting nursing staff at hospitals or public hospitals with 300 beds or more at least once in the past five years.
