All of the following conditions must be met.
１．Not be a person listed in Article 3, Paragraph 1 of the City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Contract Regulations and shall be qualified as prescribed in Paragraph 2 of the same Article.
２．Reiwa Moto, 2nd year, registration is permitted in the list of qualified general competitive bidding (related to goods, consignment, etc.) in Yokohama City, and registration is approved in detail C (clinical inspection) Being a person.
３．Being a city company or a quasi-city company.
４．A person who has not been suspended in accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines for Suspension of City of Yokohama, Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Nomination on any day between the deadline for submission of the proposal to participate in the proposal to the specific date of the contract candidate.
５．Have a track record of specimen testing work at hospitals with 300 or more beds (within the past 5 years).
６．A sanitary laboratory registered by the prefectural governor (if the location is located in the city or special ward where the health center is set up, the mayor or Director General).
