<Points to note when submitting application documents>
・In the "Name of the facility" column of the designated application form (Form 1), please fill in the names of all facilities in the block you are applying for (see “(1) Target facilities”).
・If there are any other proposals or items that cannot be proposed on the business plan (Form 2-1 to 11) and other proposals or items that you want to appeal, add or create as a separate sheet of the business plan (Form 2-1).
