About open call for participants of designated manager of city hall, ward government building parking lot (the first phase)

In Yokohama-shi, about management administration of city hall parking lot and ward government building parking lot, we openly recruit designated manager and utilize private ability to cope with diversifying citizen needs more effectively and efficiently. , We plan improvement of citizen service and save expense.

2 Designated period

From February 1, 2010 to March 31, 2015

(For Kohoku Ward and Konan Ward, the parking lot will be used from June 1, 2010 to March 31, 2015, in order to use the parking lot by seismic retrofitting and redevelopment work of the ward government building. Konan Ward general government building parking lot is from February 1,Kohoku Ward to March 31, 2012. However, the designated period may be changed depending on the progress of construction. )

・In the “Name of the facility” column of the designated application form (Form 1), please indicate the names of all facilities in the block you are applying for (see “(2) Application Unit”).
・It is not necessary to list all facility names and locations in the "Public Facilities" and "Location" columns of the applicant group officers list (Form 6). You can write so that you can see the block you are applying for. (Example of applying for block A: public facilities → Block A City Hall parking lot, etc., location → 1-1 Minatomachi, Naka-ku, Yokohama, etc.)

<Points to keep in mind when preparing a business plan>
・If there are any other proposals or items that cannot be proposed on the business plan (Forms 5-1-5-13), please add or create them as a separate sheet of the business plan (Form 5-1).
・When proposing the installation location and usage flow line of parking lot equipment in each parking lot, if there is any problem in the ground etc. in the parking lot or solutions, please add it in the "5 Usage flow plan" column, and also describe the location on the attached layout drawing.
