1 About third-party evaluation system of designated manager

In Yokohama-shi, in addition to reporting, investigation, instruction based on Local Government Act, we oblige designated manager to conduct "user questionnaire" and setting of "user meeting" and, by setting up "opinion dial", We have been promoting initiatives to reflect user voices in facility management.
In addition to these efforts, designated managers themselves conduct fair and objective inspections and evaluations by third parties with the aim of improving the quality of services by designated managers themselves.
In Yokohama City Kotobuki Seikatsukan, the Yokohama City Kotobuki Seikatsukan Third-Party Evaluation Committee will be set up in consideration of the expertise and facility characteristics of facilities.
