Implementation of third-party evaluations
Yokohama City decides to carry out third-party evaluation by all means for all facilities that have introduced the designated manager system.
By evaluating the management and operation standards from an objective perspective different from Yokohama City and the designated manager, we will work on further business improvement and carry out for the purpose of striving to improve services.
