Yokohama City Resilience VALUE REPORT Challenge

Important Notices

(1) About the expiration date of points
It will be 120 days from the last point grant date.
The final point of "Resilica VALUE" was held from February 13th to 20th. Please be careful not to forget to use points.

All points will be managed on the wallet in the ONE app, so if you use another purchase mission after the end of the reciprocating mission, the expiration date will be updated to 120 days each time the points are awarded.

In accordance with the "ONE" Terms of Service and fall under any of the following 1 to 4, the wallet balance will be revoked
※Terms of Use are subject to change in the future. For the latest information, please refer to the "ONE" Terms of Service.

  1. 120 days have passed since the last point was awarded.
  2. In cases where points were awarded by improper method
  3. If there is a violation of the terms and conditions of "ONE", etc.
  4. Three months have passed since WED Co., Ltd. notified the user to immediately apply for a balance of wallet balance due to unavoidable reasons such as termination or change of "ONE"

(2) About unknown points after the end of the resi activity
※ "Yokohama City Resilience Call Center (about app)" has ended.

Please refer to [Frequently Asked Questions] for inquiries that are expected after the end of Resi activity.
For the operation and problems of the smartphone application "ONE", please contact WED Co., Ltd. Customer Support (support@wed.company) with Phone number registered as "ONE".

(3) Failure of application functions such as withdrawals
Please contact WED Co., Ltd. Customer Support (support@wed.company) with Phone number registered as "ONE".

Please note that after registering your account, enter the amount you want to withdraw, and press the "Apply" button to complete the procedure for withdrawal.
In addition, regarding the problem that is not transferred to the account, the withdrawal procedure may be canceled due to incorrect account information registered in the app. If you still have points on your wallet, try re-register your account information and withdraw again.

(4) Reduction of Returns
By February 20, we have completed the return to the receipts submitted to "Reshikatsu VALUE". (excluding receipts with some cancellation corrections)
Acceptance of inquiries regarding returns has ended on March 10th. Please note that we will not be able to confirm or correct the return status.

If there is any doubt about the return amount, the following causes may be considered.

①The history of activities in the “ONE” app remains “Receipt post ¥0”.

When the received receipt is accepted, the history of "Receipt post ¥0" will remain in the activity on the "ONE" wallet screen in the "ONE" app wallet screen, but when it is returned, another history will be displayed as "Reshi-based Value Food Products and Other 2023-xx-xx post \●".

Activity screen

The amount of “Receipt post ¥0” will not change even after point redemption.
Please check the presence or absence of return and the amount of reduction in the display "Recy-based Value Food Products and Other 2023-xx-xx posts ¥●" at the time of return.

(If there is a reduction history for the number of posts and the balance of the wallet is normal, there is no problem with "¥0".)

②There is only a small amount of return to the usage amount indicated on the receipt.

If the maximum return amount reaches 12,000 yen, the return exceeding the upper limit will not be performed, so the return on that day will be the difference from 12,000 yen, which will be smaller than the usage amount stated on the receipt.

(5) About the questionnaire displayed after the receipt submission of the Resilience Challenge Receipt
For those who are participating in the "ONE" mission (including resi) for the first time, a "ONE" original questionnaire will be displayed randomly for each receipt shot (screenshot post). This questionnaire has an arbitrary answer, so you can cancel it by pressing the x (But button) in the upper right corner. Even if you do not answer, you can still receive a return if you answer the questionnaire.

(6) About icons (missions) other than reciprocating
"Resilica VALUE" is implemented using the smartphone application "ONE" operated by WED Co., Ltd. For this reason, icons and advertisements other than Rescue are also displayed on the home screen, but these are carried out independently by WED Co., Ltd., and have nothing to do with the "Reshikatsu VALUE" implemented by Yokohama City.
